Late-entry Policy
Children who are late should come directly to the office, sign in, pick up a late slip and then proceed to their classroom.
Late Pick-up
If you are late picking up your child, he/she will be supervised in the office until you arrive.
Student Absence
Please call the Absence Reporting Line at (416) 393-0643 to report that your child will be absent for the day. Kindly send the teacher a note when your child has been away, or before if you know about it in advance.
Signing Your Child In/Out
There is a red binder in the office to be used for signing students in and out. Please use this binder if you arrive late, take a child out for an appointment or lunch, or pick a child up early for the day.
If Your Child is not Taking the Bus Home…
Please call the Main Office at (416) 393-9325 to let the office know since attendance is taken when students get on the bus to leave John Fisher.
